Hoagie Palace Co-Creator

What started as filming my husband making hoagies in our Chicago kitchen quickly became a cult-favorite local brand. Together, we built the brand identity, storytelling, and content strategy from scratch - blending humor, authenticity, and community to turn hoagie-making into a craveable experience.

We launched Hoagie Palace on Instagram (@hoagiepalace) with zero followers or paid spend - just creativity and word-of-mouth. Our “hoagie drops” (limited releases announced on IG) sold out instantly, growing from 20 sandwiches to 150 per drop, often within one minute.

The Highlights:

  • Built a 3K+ follower community organically

  • Sold out every drop in one minute — always

  • Donated 50% of profits to local Chicago charities, raising thousands

  • Proved that good storytelling (and good hoagies) can create a movement and community

  • Catering for Chicago’s Michelin Star icon Alinea staff

  • A cease and desist from McDonald’s after we created “The Palace Pack”
