Spearheaded a first of its kind partnership between Nike x Megan Thee Stallion x DICK’S Sporting Goods - an empowering surprise experience for women from local organizations in LA as part of the Pete & Thomas Foundation. Tasked to accomplish this event in less than three weeks, I led cross-functional internal teams, multiple agencies and talent to pull it off. What began as a retail moment became a cultural one: 15M reach, 2x engagement, and a reminder that sport is a platform for self-expression and strength.
